  A specialty Opinel stainless steel knife designed specifically for mushrooms. The stainless steel blade on this knife is curved with a serrated back, designed for easy removal of the mushroom cuticle. The brush is made of genuine Boar's hair, so that dirt can be easily removed from the picked mushroom. The blade locks in place with a simple turn of the stainless collar; it also locks into the handle for safety as well. The handsome Beechwood handle is varnished for a most beautiful look.
